Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad Recipe
Grill bread for 23 minutes per side or until some nice grill marks appear.

To grill the chicken and croutons. Grill chicken uncovered over medium low heat for 6 8 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 1700. Meanwhile in a large bowl combine the romaine croutons and tomatoes. Add romaine and radicchio to bowl.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Grill the chicken until golden and crisp. Add dressing and toss to coat. Top each serving with 12 cup croutons and 1 tablespoon cheese.
