Tofu Larb Salad Recipe
2 x 14oz packs of extra firm tofu 34 cup thinly sliced red onion 3 cloves garlic minced 3 tablespoons minced fresh lemongrass 1 tablespoon thinly sliced thai chillies 1 cup thinly sliced green onions 12 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves 13 cup chopped fresh mint leaves 1 3 tablespoons roasted rice powder kao kua sesame oil.
Tofu larb salad recipe. So depending on how many dishes you have for a meal it could be big enough for 1 2 people or shared between 3 4 people if you have a full spread of thai dishes. 14 cup fresh mint leaves chopped. About 30 minutes or less recipe size. Mix thoroughly and serve immediately. Transfer the mixture to the skillet and continue to cook for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat stir in basil and mint.
In a large skillet warm the oil over medium heat. 1 tablespoon fish sauce nam pla or light soy sauce. Thai larb recipe larb moo time. Cook for 3 minutes.
