Pearl Barley Salad With Chickpeas
There are two kinds of barley pearl and hulled.
Pearl barley salad with chickpeas. Hulled barley is the whole grain form of barley. Rinse under cold water drain and set aside. 1 bring barley and 4 cups water to a boil in medium saucepan. If youve never eaten barley in a salad before its a must try. Ingredients 8 ounces green beans halved crosswise kosher salt 1 cup pearled hulled or hull less barley 1 teaspoon olive oil 14 cup raw sunflower seeds 1 155 ounce can chickpeas rinsed 4 ounces feta crumbled 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice toasted spice.
