Hummus Dressing
34 cup hummus homemade or purchased.
Hummus dressing. If you find the dressing is too watery add more hummus. 1 teaspoon maple syrup. Step 1 whisk hummus olive oil parsley cilantro water vinegar and garlic together in a small bowl. 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.
Season with salt and pepper. Season dressing with salt and pepper. Teaspoon fine sea salt. Add in water in 1 tbsp increments until your desired thickness is reached then serve as desired.
1 tablespoon minced shallot see note 6 tablespoons olive oil. Instructions add the hummus mustard and lemon juice to a small bowl and mix with a spoon or fork until well combined. Hummus dressing while the veggies are roasted you can make your dressing. Whisk hummus together with lemon juice and water.
Add a few more drops of water if dressing is too thick. Leftovers will keep in.
