Greek Penne Pasta Salad
Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still firm to bite stirring occasionally.
Greek penne pasta salad. Cook pasta according to package directions. Ingredients 2 cups penne pasta 14 cup red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 cloves garlic crushed 2 teaspoons dried oregano salt and pepper to taste 23 cup extra virgin olive oil. Prepare the pasta according to package directions omitting any salt or fat. Drain and rinse in cold water.
In a serving bowl combine the pasta turkey olives peppers and feta cheese. Combine all other ingredients adding cheese last. Add hot pasta to tomato mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
Greek pasta salad bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to manufacturers directions until al dente. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat. Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to the boil over high heat. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
Drain pasta rinse with cold water for 10 seconds drain excess water thouroghly and then add to a large bowl. Step 3 in a large bowl combine pasta tomatoes green pepper onion cucumber and black olives. In a large pot of salted boiling water cook penne until al dente according to package instructions. Add dressing and toss to coat.
Meanwhile in a large skillet over medium heat add enough olive oil to the coat the bottom of. Rinse under cold water. Once the water is boiling stir in the penne and return to the boil. Cook pasta al dente according to package directions.
Instructions whisk together dressing ingredients. I put down 2 bottles in the ingredients section because i always add more then 1 bottle. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss.
In a large bowl combine the remaining ingredients except the feta. In a small bowl mix together oil lemon juice basil garlic salt and black pepper. Top pasta with cucumbers red bell pepper tomatoes red onion and kalamata olives. Add 1 bottle of dressing and mix well.
Cook the pasta uncovered stirring occasionally until the pasta has cooked through but is still firm to the bite about 11 minutes.
