Caribbean Fruit Salad
Gently transfer the fruit into the hollowed pineapple shells and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Caribbean fruit salad. Mix together the sour cream coconut and lime juice. Combine the fruit and nuts in a large mixing bowl. Whisk the honey lime juice and lime zest in a small bowl and pour the dressing over the fruit gently tossing until all. Directions arrange fruit attractively on individual salad plates.
Spoon into the center of the fruit and serve immediately. Ingredients 1 medium peach chopped 12 cup each fresh blackberries blueberries and raspberries 14 cup chopped red onion 14 cup chopped sweet red pepper 2 green onions thinly sliced 14 cup minced fresh cilantro 2 tablespoons lime juice 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and minced 1 12 teaspoons. Caribbean fruit salad 2 medium kiwis peeled and sliced thin 1 small pineapple peeled and cut into 12 inch cubes 1 small papaya peeled and cut into 12 inch cubes. Ingredients 1 cup diced fresh mango cup diced fresh pineapple cup diced papaya 1 fresh jalapeno pepper seeded and minced medium red onion finely diced 3 tablespoons lime juice 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon salt or to taste 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint.
This pineapple mangoes papaya and kiwi combination is by far my favorite fruit mix and they complement well with each other.
